Get on the ferry and join us on a 4 day exploration of movement, nada (sound) and stillness through the practices of vinyasa, mantra and meditation. There are so many aspects to this magical sadhana (practice); join us for three of our favorites. Open your body, throat and mind to create a more integrated life.
