Wise little Winnie the Pooh..

July 5, 2010

“…What secret power do you have?” “Nothing special…I began to learn while very young, and grew up practicing it. Now I am certain of success. I go down with the water and come up with the water. I follow it and forget myself. I survive because I don’t struggle against the water’s superior power. That’s all.”        Chuang-tse, The Tao of Pooh

We must flow with the natural order of the natural world that surrounds us (practice, practice, practice and we will get there – we live in harmony with Mother Nature). The easy path is to direct our power towards struggle, worry, stress, fear. Visualize the pain and sorrow we release as we work with our faults rather than focus on the negative aspects of them. We can actually use our struggles in positive ways and transform the same old thoughts, actions and words that would ordinarily ensue… But the change must come from within, from a choice within. We can flow with the water, with the others that are on this journey with us, with love. Life will happen whether we engage happily or not.  “Happiness is a birthright. But we must claim it.”      Georg Feuerstein

Claim your happiness with an intention. Bring happiness into the lives of others. Don’t struggle against the superior power of Oneness. People everywhere are opening their eyes to it. Claim it. The water will rise and fall as do we. Come back and claim it again. If you work hard, you will get there.
